Meeting Notice for Phase 1 of Core ELA Adoption Process

Yuma Elementary District One is embarking on an exciting journey to adopt a new core English Language Arts curriculum for our K-5 and 6-8 schools. As a district, we are committed to providing our students with the highest quality English Language Arts education to prepare them for future academic and career success. The Yuma School District One School Board approved the English Language Arts adoption process.

Meetings are as follows: 

Elementary Phase I
Tuesday, August 25, 2026 (8:00am - 4:00pm)
Wednesday, August 26, 2026 (8:00am - 4:00pm) 

Middle School Phase I 
Tuesday, September 1, 2026 (8:00am - 4:00pm) 
Wednesday, September 2, 2026 (8:00am - 4:00pm)
